Looking for top help/advice

Switching over to top lane from jungle. I am in Bronze 2 and looking to improve not looking for a carry. Looking for some advice on tips and tricks that will make the transition better and Champs that would be good to play to learn with. I have played a couple game top but seem to be useless late game. Don't know if it's the Champs or if I'm to passive in lane or the match ups. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am not home but I will be tonight.

Hey man, I was also a Jungle main that ended up making the transition to top lane. Add me in game and I'll try my best to find out what you can improve on, as for your late game, it could be either your items, or the champion you're actually playing, since different champions scale differently.
