Jungle/Support Main LF Ranked Team

Hey guys; I'm a jungle/support main LF a Ranked Team that plays consistently, three to four nights a week minimum at around the same time. Exact time isn't important to me, as I work from home currently and can change my schedule as needed.

I'm currently Bronze 2; I'm really not sure what's going on with my ranking; I have a hard time with solo queue; I peaked at Gold 3 in Season 3, dropped to Silver 1 due to inactivity, and then got back to Gold 5 before season end; last season, I started out in Silver 1, then dropped to Silver 5 by the end of the season; this season was placed in Bronze 1, then dropped to Bronze 2. I wish I could explain why, but I don't seem to be able to carry ranked games; I'm not good with assassin/hard carry champs, pretty much play tanks from every role except ADC. D=

Anyhow, just looking for a team to play with; I have a headset, and have every voice chat program that I'm aware is used; if I don't have it, I can download it, not an issue. As stated in title, I main jungle/support, but I can sorta play anywhere (though I'm not super proficient with mid).
