Oracle Gaming Bronze/Silver Teams Recruitment (FINAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE)

#Introduction Ok guys, if you haven't seen my other posts then here's some basic info. I'm creating a Bronze/Silver elo community with weekly scrims and monthly tournaments. Currently i have a couple higher elo coaches who look over the teams to help them improve and better their game play. We are looking to host 5 teams with a 6th team joining shortly after the start. Beginning tomorrow (Saturday 5-21) we will be having the draft games to place players into teams. Currently we are looking for: 2 Top laners 1 Jungler 2 Mid laners 2 ADC 3 Supports This is a first come first serve situation. If you want your pref position the sooner you apply the more likely you are to get it. Once you have applied you must talk with me in discord to be eligible to join the community. YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONAL MICROPHONE.

#So what do i ask in return?

  • ##Age must be 18+ Its nothing against anyone under 18, i just want a serious environment. This community is for serious players, and people who want to learn and take it seriously
  • ##Discord is a must Its free, and where the community is taking place, enough said about that
  • ##Flexible hours with team Everyone's schedule is different, I understand. But we need to be able to set up scheduled practices and team meetings.
  • ##Be able to receive criticism We all aren't perfect. Understand that and listen to your team leaders/captains when they give you feedback. We aren't here to bash you, just help you learn and improve.

#What are you going to benefit from joining? 1.)Weekly scrims where coaches and other admins evaluate your game play to help improve 2.)Tournaments that can lead up to prizes and other rewards (TBA) 3.)A friendly community where you can learn and grow with other players in your elo

IGN: StuffedTrousers - Fill as Ahri is my other account but doesnt have many champs atm (probably will be on Fill as Ahri account a bunch this weekend, so add me on both so I know when you are contacting me) AGE: 23 MAIN ROLE: I guess Mid, because my main champ is mid lane, but I have a pretty solid champ pool in top and jg as well. Willing to do any of these 3. **SECONDARY ROLES: **Top / JG if you take Mid as my main. LEAGUE & DIVISION: B3 on StuffedTrousers, S4 (with about a S2 MMR) on Fill as Ahri PLAYER OR TEAM CAPTAIN: I wouldn't mind being a team captain at all. I love leading people and helping others out. IGN: xThugBunny AGE: 24 MAIN ROLE: ADC , Mainly, since its most entertaining SECONDARY ROLES: Support, May be my best role but dont play it as often since i cant solo carry games. LEAGUE & DIVISION: S5 , if i grind i can make it higher but i tend to play for fun. YES OR NO? other gaming platforms, yes. i do play with friends on league once in blue moon but nothing too seriously.

So let me start off with saying this is a good set up for a future community I'd think However you currently have 0 prizing and I suppose have no idea how to get riots support for your community. That being said "Not everyone's perfect" this line shows what, askign fro bronze-gold players ohh look I got to plat so do what i do and you can get here. This is just rubbish. for 1 not everything you and your "coaches" know may actually have any real value to your people. it's wonderful to say ahh man just get 3 more last hits a wave and you 2 can be diamond...... mechanics from playing are almost always better than someone telling you hey do this...........

Weekly matches that would be streamed/youtubed for your benefit almost 99% positive. Your overall request is fine Your benefits are basically nill to say your almost out right lying would be more accurate

In your post you say hosting a 6 team scrim while having 5 be straight from your community............

I can listen very well and whatever knowledge I receive, I know I can relay that back to a team no problem. Doesn't seem hardcore enough, back in SWBF2 just before it died, there was the Hard clan vVv Filled with the best players in the game and they forced you to try out to be eligible, you could be the scum of the earth but if you impressed them it didn't matter. JoG : The Average group, filled with players that accept anybody as long as they are mature, there was no talent requirement and though they challenged vVv consistently they lost every time. GoR/Mill : The Tryhard Clans, Nough said.
