Creating a 5s Team

Looking for a team of players who play almost daily. Looking for those good players who know they can play at a plat+ level and are willing to build more then a team. I would like to build a group of friends that bond and get to know each other as well though the good and the bad. This will be a 5 man team only no subs or fillers and is the reason I need people who play on a daily basis or close to it.
