Diamond 5 ADC LF 5vs5 team, or Plat 2+ Support for Solo Q

Hi i recently got demoted twice in a row from D3 to D5 in solo que due to trolls,afks the usual. Would like to find some consistency in my games where i don't have to stress out so bad and can rely on others to some extent. I'm looking for a fairly active 5s team or duo que partner to move up the ranks with and improve together with. Please no cockiness/ragers!
