Looking for duo partner for promos (Gold level)

Hi guys I just hit level 30 on this new account. I'm looking for a duo partner that has the same level as me. Other smurfs I met while leveling up to 30 said I had a platinum level here, which is pretty nice. ALSO I'm interested by joining a 5v5 team and aim for the team rewards once I finish my promos !! Here are some of my positions (couldn't buy all the champions I wanted yet, but I got my runes on fleek)

• Main jungle : Shyvana, Vi
• Supp : Tahm Kench, Soraka
• ADC : Ashe, Sivir
• Top : Jax
• Mid (my weakest) : Akali

Some other things you need to know :

• I'm from EUW, just moved to NA (Phoenix, AZ) for my studies
• Join me IG : Hypium or skype : blackdemjack (I'd pref skype while duo if possible, don't worry people I met in NA say i'm nice, handsome and have a sick accent)
• Can speak fluently English, French, Polish. Still learning Spanish and Italian but if you speak slowly i can understand and try to answer with the academic words I know

And to answer some common questions people ask me :

• There are proportionally as much flamers in NA as in EUW, the main difference is that since most people in NA can speak english, everyone understands themselves and people allow themselves to take their insults to a higher and sophisticated level, such as sarcasm. In EUW People insult you in their own language but stay simple and direct.
• Proportionally, the level in EUW is higher although I didn't notice such a drastic difference. However, the main difference is that since it's easier to communicate, games here in NA last longer and aren't as one-sided. But there are more "Epic games" in EUW (Turn a desperate situation into a surprising win).
