Creating Dynamic Que to Plat

Hey guys, so I'm wanting to create a group that can play well together and get to plat. The highest I've ever gotten is my series to plat, but then tilted down to gold 4. I play adc/top but can fill roles if needed. I also use Discord. If you want to play please be at least Gold 4. If you add me and are not at least Gold 4 I will remove you.
