Putting together ranked 5s team. Silver+

As the title states I'm putting together a 5s team. I generally play jungle but can fill all roles comfortably. I want to build a team that is serious and helps each other grow. Looking for people who are willing to acknowledge mistakes and instead of blaming others asks themselves what could I have done better. I don't expect pro players, I just want a team that works well together and is dedicated to become better overall.
