Bronze 4 Support Ready to Climb Looking for ADC Duo

Last season I was placed in bronze 5 and I avoided ranked so much that when I stepped up and started to climb I reached Bronze 2 by the end of the season. Now I'm looking to climb out of bronze but I want to bring someone with me, someone that will synergize with me.

Looking for an ADC -Must have curse voice -Must be Bronze -Must be willing to get better and learn that they need to get better -Must realize that it is just a game and we will lose but we will also win and can have fun doing both and learn from our losses.
