Looking For a Serious Ranked 5's. I Main Mid

Hello i am a mid lane main looking for a serious ranked 5's team. My age is 17 and yes i'm mature, but i bring alot of stamina and charisma to a team. My main champion preference are assassins, I main zed, ahri, fizz, leblanc. However my champion pool is very wide and i can play many different types of champions. My mechanical skill is about a 7-8, however my decision making after laning phase isn't the best. So if you just tell me what to do i can execute it with precision. My elo right now is S5, However i got to Gold 4 last season. I'm looking for a team that practices and is serious, which means i prefer it to be older and a more mature team.
