[Gold 4 Support Main] LF Ranked 5's team and/or casual group (w/ Voice)

Hey there, I'm looking for a Ranked 5's team that would be willing to allow me to join. I'm willing to be a sub if necessary, but preferably not a "last-resort" sub. Currently Gold 4. I was Gold 3, until I duo'ed with a Plat 5 friend who fed (I'm still not sure why) and got me demoted in two games. (I had been on a small losing streak.) My main duo partner is Plat 2, and his younger brother is Master tier. I grew up next to them. Sadly, after the Chicago server move, they stopped playing League as frequently.

I'm a fairly chill guy. I'm an ex-game commentator and public speaker. I use Skype and TeamSpeak often, and I also have Curse Voice. I generally don't have background noise. I virtually never rage, and if I'm on tilt, I'm very reasonable about it. At my worst, I'll simply become quieter than normal. I'm a very active communicator, and I typically have good map awareness and warding habits. I'm used to peeling for my ADC and setting up kills even in mid-plat elo, but my other lanes (jungle, top, and ADC) are a bit lacking, so I have been unable to climb higher than mid-gold on my own.

In terms of teammates, I'm comfortable with a wide variety of people. I have no issues with any gender or sexuality, but I'd prefer to be working with fairly mature players. I'm 16 years of age, coming up to 17, but I typically associate with young adults, so my maturity and speaking style is a bit advanced for my age.

I'm willing to undergo an interview, both in-game skill and personality.
