1. Must be available from everyday from 6pm to 7pm (CST).
2. Must be silver or Gold in flex or solo Q.
3. Must be serious. Don't want someone who quits the team at the first loss.
4. Must be willing to participate in tournaments.
5. Must have a mic and be able to run Discord.
