Diamond player, looking for a team (semi-serious would be best) to COACH.

Hey everyone!

So, as the title states, I'm a Diamond player (currently D5 after having dropped from D3), looking to coach a silver+ team! I've helped individuals all through last season, and want to up the ante with an actual team now.

I've been playing since early season 1, and my game knowledge is extensive. I've got a firm grip on the new pre-season patch, and I want to help your team get ready for next season!

A bit on my wanting to coach versus play: to sum it up honestly, my mechanics suck, but my decision-making is great. I've struggled to get to even mid diamond with my awful mechanics, but managed to make it that far because I know the game inside and out. I'd eventually like to coach high diamond, even challenger teams, but that's a long way away. I watch VODs, replays, anything I can get my hands on, simply to understand the game more, and I'd like you to put that knowledge to use.

I'm looking for people that truly want to get better. I can get you there, but you've got to put in the time.

What I expect from your team: Practices at least 3 times a week, for a minimum of 4 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. All members to run replay programs for all solo queue games. Voice chat. If one of your members doesn't voice chat, then I won't be able to help. Communication is absolutely key. Be open to constructive criticism. Without that, zero progress will be made. I would like at least one member to be able to stream, but that can be overlooked if necessary.

What your team can expect from me: Actual progress. I'll be putting in a lot of time and effort into watching your replays, analyzing them, and giving you feedback. Professionalism. The teaching of the game. I won't coach you in doing something without giving you reasons, examples, and theorycrafting on my decisions. Time. I'll put in a lot of time and effort into making you better. A lot of time.

That's a pretty good summary, I guess! I should also note that (hopefully obviously) it's all free, all it will cost you is time.
