LF a long term coach for a 5s team!

Hullo, my Teammates and I are actually part of a 3 team organization, being the 3rd team we aren't as good(supposedly) as the other 2 teams. I honestly think differently but whatever. Anyways, we are looking for a higher elo coach to help us out and hopefully grow as a team. we practice Monday through Friday at 9:15 EST. Saturday we scrim the other teams, Monday we review our scrim games. I would really like an experienced coach to help us out, not someone who just wants to try it out for the first time.
