Plat 1 Mid looking for team that wants to improve more than anything
I'm a Plat 1 mid, was diamond for 6 months but stopped playing for a bit and decayed. Coming back for a little. I coached a diamond/master level team for a little while. Their website is notsostock.ca. So check them out. I quit coaching them because they wouldn't give me replays and their communication outside of game was horrible. I don't care what rank you guys are, so long as you are in it to learn. You will not win tournaments, you will not be pro, if you can accept those, then we are 1 step closer to working well together. The only reason for you to have a team is for self improvement in a group. These requirements must be met for me to join your team. I will not do "tryouts" to compete for a spot. If you want to test the waters with me on the team that's completely ok, but I will not be a competitor for a spot on your team. If your team meets these qualifications, feel free to contact me. My name that I'm posting this under is my IGN.
-Rank: Bronze 2 or higher (I have reasons for not going lower, but I don't want to waste time explaining them) -Voice comms are a must. I use Skype, Mumble, TS3, Dolby Axon (highly preferred) -Willing to take criticism, I will be doing replay analysis to help myself, and all of you improve. We could all use coaching, including myself. If you disagree with something I say, you may challenge me and we can take the discussion to details, however if you disregard anything I say with no solid support, I will not help you whatsoever. -I'm looking to play at least 1-2 games per day with all 5 members present about 5 days per week. Games outside of that can be any number of available players. -Have fun. Communication and seriousness is great in game, but you have to be able to mix in a little bit of fun. Too much seriousness dries the game out fast. -No raging at teammates. I have 0 tolerance for teammate-ragers. Raging has a place in almost everyone's League experience, I don't care if you tilt a bit in game, I do it, we all do it. I draw the line, however, when you turn your anger on your teammates. No insults, no passive-aggressiveness, no hinting of any kind towards it being the fault of your teammates in a negative or demeaning way. If you do say something constructive, make it very clear that you're not being a jerk.
Any questions or concerns feel free to respond to this or reach out to me on League.
Your Furry Friend,
Ferret
