Diamond 5+ Team Looking for Top and Mid!

I am Cpt Duddlez, creator of Mutual Consent. We are a new forming team that is looking for three players to fill our the roster.

We did a fast grind in solo/duo to get to diamond and are going to continue to grind to try to hit Diamond 2 or better.

• We want like minded players to fill out our team. Players must have the following characteristics:
• Motivation to play solo/duo on a regular basis (we might set up a required # of games per week)
• Ability to accept criticism to improve individual play (constructively and to never take as an attack)
• Willingness to put the team before the person. (as in learning a new champ even though you might not want to or giving up resources for someone else)
• Flexible on scheduling (I'm sure most people don't have all day every day to play)

Our idea is that we will use scrims against other teams as a form of practice. Flex is an option if we can't find scrims. We will be looking for leagues to join as well as tournaments after the team is ready.
