Looking for Supports Gold+ to practice regularly

Okay. so i am a player hoping to one trick pony and will be playing largely vayne and once so often other adcs, looking for players who are gold+ maining support to play normals and practice their game.

requirements:

no blame game bullshit. we are each responsible for our own lives, but logically argued constructive criticism should be taken by both of us. my goal is mainly to power up on my lanephase killing via agressive playstyle capitalizing on enemy mispositions, if you are an eager player who know when to read a good engage and react we will get along great. no ragequitting or giving up unless its mutually agreed upon.
