Leveling an another acct - Current lvl: 13

Looking for players that are at least silver 1 and up who are also leveling to play 5v5, 3v3, ARAM, etc with to level up quickly and break up the monotony of playing with people who speak no english

My focus is on leveling quickly, so i'm not looking to troll or play a bunch of random stuff and lose on purpose, that's my only real requirement is actually trying. I am pretty reasonable though, i am not going to ask you to play LCS meta champions every game
