LF Top Laner for a Serious team Gold+ Only

Hi i'm looking for a top laner to complete my team, you must be Gold or higher. Everyone is Gold+ or was last year, I say that because one of our players are Silver 1 atm. But the team consist of a Plat jungler named Cyroziv The Boss, and then our Adc is Gold 5, an his name is Sudsy Acorn, and finally our Mid Laner is Silver 1 atm and his name is Master Paven.
