LF duo partner for next season and get to know in pre season

Im currently a Silver V, i screwed myself over when i first did my placements many months ago. I was still a noob with a low champion pool and not enough runes. Ive learned from my mistakes and i understand this is just like what every other silver guy says, but im better then silver and play with my gold friends a lot and do very good.
