[LFG] Gold Mid/Top laner looking for serious ranked teams.

Hello!

As the the title suggests, I am currently gold 5, and am looking for a ranked team to meet players that i can click with and improve with, so let's start a little about me.

My name is LiteSprite, and I have been playing LoL since early season 2. I have strong knowledge in game mechanics, meta, and a deep champion pool. I have past experience with ranked teams, and tournaments, though I, personally, have never won one yet.

I have a witty, out-going personality and I love to have fun, but I also know when it is time to get serious and buckle down. I want to improve, both as a player, and team member, and I take criticism well. I also love to theory-craft, and innovate when possible.

What you will get and can expect from me as a player and team-member.

Cheerful personalty. Witty sense of humor. Team player who works with his team to achieve the TEAMS GOALS. Willingness to improve and hear feedback. Willingness to help a fellow team member improve. Decent Mechanics, champion info, ect.

What I expect from you.

Consistent practice times. (I'm really open as far as days/times go.) Agreeable team members who value my opinion as much as I will value theirs. Captain/Manager who works with the team to get into tournaments, scrims, and other e-sports related stuff. (I can help with this if need be.) Low drama. (There will always be a difference of opinion, and tempers will get heated, but if we can't talk it out and work past it, then that is a problem, and I don't want to be a part of it.) Improvement, both as a team, and solo. Open-mindedness.

And Finally, What I will NOT tolerate.

Elitism. I'm am no better then you, and vice-versa. Also someone is ALWAYS going to be better then you. Bigots. Everyone is equal. Gay, straight, black, white, boy, girl. This is about a game and HOW we play it, not WHO is playing it.
