This is a ranked relatively serious team. The focus of it's to avoid toxicity and stay together for longer than two weeks into building synergy and becoming a more teamwork-oriented group. Say why you're even playing a team game without teamwork in mind. Anyway add in-game as you are interested.

P.S. When there's a desire to talk about a problem or something then you do it after games. 1 on 1 instead of yelling. Then you're looking toward agreeing on a solution also moving forward with a similar view on the situation. Otherwise stay quiet and focus on yourself.
