[LFM] Creating a semi-hardcore Gold Elo ranked 5's morning squad

Hello everyone!

I am creating a ranked 5's team to play consistently in the mornings (somewhere between 8-noon EST, but this is flexible).

Qualifications:

Must be at least Gold 5 currently
Prefer players who are 18+ (as a high school teacher, I enjoy my summers off from my students)
Must have a working mic and Skype
The ability to give AND receive constructive criticism. This is not a team on which to be toxic, but we're also not holding hands.
