Looking for Diamond + players for a ranked 5's

i'm sick of having to play with randoms and just getting trolled or having a top laner feed constantly causing me to lose the game. I know sometimes its not always their fault, but i'm just looking to climb and upgrade my mechanics. I can't do any of that with solo que anymore that's why i want to create a 5's team with players who are actually good.
