B4 jungle looking for duo

looking for a laner that i can rely on voice chat would be nice. Prefer a mid laner but not required. wanting to climb and improve. Would like someone who doenst rage and is more mature. someone i can have a good time with and still win games or when we lose still have a fun time. I can jungle both tanks and damage champs.
