Gold-Plat Ranked 5s Tournament Team LF Coach and Analysts

Background : All the players are gold-plat and very open to criticism. We just finished tryouts 2 days ago, so the roster is still new and our synergy isn't that good yet. Please answer the following questions if you wish to apply :

  1. Analyst or Coach?
  2. What is, in your opinion, the role of the Coach (Or Analyst)?
  3. What should we know about you (personality-wise)?
  4. What is your biggest strength as a coach/analyst?
  5. What is your biggest weakness?

Situations (The questions are left vague on purpose, elaborate as much as you can by explaining different outcomes based on different possibilities (flash timers, ult timers, champion spikes, etc. I don't believe there is a "right" answer I'm just curious as to how you would handle these situations.) :

  1. Baron and Dragon are both up, bot lane is pushing to your own secondary turret. What do you do?

  2. The enemy team has their top laner splitpushing top while dragon is up in 30 seconds. He has tp but your top laner doesn't. Your top laner can fight theirs 1v1. What do you do?

  3. They have 2 dragons, you have 1. Their team spikes significantly harder than yours and you have no vision control. All of the lanes are frozen somewhere in the middle. What do you do?

Analyst or Coach? Coach What is, in your opinion, the role of the Coach (Or Analyst)? Improve the team synergy, work on in game strats and pick/ban phase, figure out set compositions and how to use them (i.e. powerspikes, lane matchups, kill potentials), set up scrims and enter in tournaments, and keep players motivated to play and get better. What should we know about you (personality-wise)? Driven. Really laid back most of the time, but sometimes can be really intense. What is your biggest strength as a coach/analyst? to get to know the players and figure out how they would react and explaining what to do in specific situations. What is your biggest weakness? Scheduling.

Set up a 1-3-1 and get that going. if the comp is wrong for that then send tp toplaner to deal with the bottom wave while the 4 scout then enemy team and make sure they set up vision around both objectives. The enemy team has their top laner splitpushing top while dragon is up in 30 seconds. He has tp but your top laner doesn't. Your top laner can fight theirs 1v1. What do you do? Send your top to fight theirs. delay the dragon from them, do not engage. do not fight. if they try to engage then back away and reset the fight. either delay as long as you can and give top the kill on the other laner, potentially force his tp and have your top laner cancel it, or give him time to fight and push back to their turrets. They have 2 dragons, you have 1. Their team spikes significantly harder than yours and you have no vision control. All of the lanes are frozen somewhere in the middle. What do you do? Depending on if they are spiking or not, ward up. get vision of everything bot side. shove the bot wave hard with the top laner and force them to go for him. as soon as you see them come at your top have him tp to baron where you take it as 5. push lanes accordingly.
