Hey guys and girls, my name is XenoJiraiya and I am the captain of the XenoGang LoL team. We are part of a small, but rapidly expanding community and I am looking for dedicated players to join up on our LoL team. This team is being taken seriously, as we are planning on advancing as a team by playing in online tournaments, finding sponsors and eventually looking to go to travel tourneys/eSports tourneys. We have a team manager that is willing to help us out with whatever we need to improve our players. We are also currently looking for a coach and an analyst, but we want to get a stable roster first before we start investing in these for the team.

Right now, we are looking for a solid TOP and MID laner that main their role and are willing to adapt to the meta and play what the team needs, as well as expand their champ pool. We are still accepting applicants for people who would like to fill the sub positions for the team for every role and also people who may be interested in making a second team for our community. Also, a requirement for the team is for you to change your ign if you get onto the team to represent us. This is not applied as soon as you make the team, but after a few weeks, it would be great for you to represent our community and our team. Thanks guys and good luck on the rift.

Not sure what kind of rank requirement you may or may not have but my duo and I are looking for a team (ADC and Support) Im sure we could swing doing a sub role until the second team starts to kick off.

That is just being a player. I have managed over 12 teams 2 month long minimum been a coach of 4 teams, 2 of which I also managed and spent a month as a secondary analyst for a diamond team. (I am not particularly interested in being a full on coach or manager of the team but could give a helping hand where needed in that department) What would you bring to our team: I bring many things, my strongest points would be my analytical view of the game and how it is impacted by changes in and out of the game. I bring a team first mentality, and if accepted a duo partner with existing synergy in the bot lane. List 3 or more Strengths: Lane management (pushing/freezing/sieging). I have decently good shotcalling ability for an adc because I used to play jungle and because I like to pay attention to high level of play (when and why teams do things like objectives) Willing to change my champions and my play style to fit the meta any time it changes and when the team needs me to. List 3 or more Weaknesses you may have: I can occasionally tunnel on getting cs at innapropriate times, my communication starts to shut down if there is disorder in the comms (people not listening to the shotcallers calls, arguing, flaming, passive-aggressively blaming others) I can be over aggressive in game and throw leads doing so (I typically recover and come back from the throw) Mic?: yes Discord?: yes Timezone: Pacific but can adapt to the team's time zone Availability: I am available and usually online every day. Main role: Mid Lane Top 5 champs in your role: Syndra, Katarina, Leblanc, Twisted Fate, Ryze Past team experiences: I've played for one other serious competitive team, which we played a few tournaments, other than that, no other league of legends competitive teams. I have played competitive soccer my entire life at a very high level, so I can handle pressure, and work very well in a team environment. What would you bring to our team: As previously stated, I work very well in a team environment as well as I have really good mechanical skill. List 3 or more Strengths: I am very good mechanically, I often look to improve not only my individual game play but that of others together, I love the game, meaning I put my 100% into every single game I play. What would you bring to our team: A potty mouth and awkward, dark sense of humor. Also, some sick wood division plays. And healing. Lots of healing, shields, and peel. And a huge champion pool - I own and have played nearly every champ, except Camille.

Past team experiences: I've been on two ranked teams throughout the entirety of League. One experience wasn't particularly the best, not for me at least. The leader wasn't experienced, and the group was dysfunctional. It came down to about two or three of us actually performing. The "leader" himself wasn't very good at shotcalling/general play and eventually it fell apart. This was when I played mostly ADC however. My second team experience was another pretty serious one. We climbed to about Gold V with the old ranked 5's system. Clear comms and decent cohesive gameplay, it fell apart due to difference in playtime only. What would you bring to our team: I'm very serious about it, I'd love to excel, dearly so. The team environment is electrifying to me, I enjoy it thoroughly. I've never had the opportunity to really see it through to it's fullest potential. I'm good at my role, I'm intuitive, on point about calls, and willing to cooperate fully. I also have a desire to learn and grow as a player. If you want a pick with potential for growth, and focus, I'll do my best to step up.__

I bring a voice to the team I emphasize communication a lot and am comfortable in playing many different comps as my champ pool is pretty extensive and im a flexible player. List 3 or more Strengths: Laning, Warding, Map Awareness List 3 or more Weaknesses you may have: Could roam more (and would like to work on jungle synergy with roaming/counterjungling/deep warding).
