High Gold/Low Plat Elo Player Looking for Chemistry Building Ranked 5s Team

As the title states, I currently have no time schedule set, I work alot. I'm looking for a squad of players who are willing to work with someone to improve and get comfortable with a single role to begin using as a main and building overtime to become a potential tournament team. I will be checking from time to time on this thread to speak with potential teammates but my ingame name as followed is Mike J.

Thanks.
