INTRODUCTION: I am Skiittlez. I have been searching for a team for about a year now to actually drive my play style to the next level. I have been kicked from many and left many either, I was too low of Solo Q or the team was not as serious I am looking for. I have finally decided to make my own 100% serious team so we could enjoy each others game play and also sync with one another to actually become something big. He will be managing our team. Getting us into tournaments and much more the greater we become. I am only looking for the most dedicated out there. I will be hosting tryouts to see how you preform with me and the rest of the members. Its a 5 game tryout. So technically you have 5 games to see if you are fit for North Guardians Quest. Thank You. We also have karaoke night in the TS we have so we can loosen our moods before and after practice sometimes. (very funny)

Also you must be very patient with the team. We are not LCS stars. We all need work and practice as a team. So once you are dedicated to the team you can not rage quit and leave. If you are that kind of person dont even bother putting in a app or messaging me. I am looking for people who are only willing to improve as a unit/team. Patients is key.

**What I am looking for in a team ** I'm looking for like a legit 100% serious player to reach high potentials with. I am 100% dedicated to the team. I want a serious dedicated team. I wanna be in the top NA team out there and take out the ones now. They to old, new fresh faces need to be brought to the table. I am looking for a real dedicated team cause I keep getting teams that say they are but really are not. I have all communications you could ask. Curse, Teamspeak, Skype, Raidcall. I am a real gamer looking for a team with real Potential.

Age: 24 Division: Gold 1 (94lp) Main Role: Support Availability: any time required Communication: for my teams I usually try to keep people focused on objectives and timers. I usually discourage tower dives in favor of safer plays and objective securing. Don't rage about it... Just improve it. Something you can improve: less risky/flashy plays (flash hooks) Something you wish to learn: jungler pathing to ease bot lane early game Things about yourself: industrial engineering senior in college. Stuff I should know about definitely you: I almost like watching league (LCS) more than playing it. Can you shot call: yes, I usually do for my teams. I keep close watch on timers and objectives. Also, "If I land a hook on a squishy we go in," kinda shots too. Anything Else you wish to add: I love support. Been playing it since I started league two years ago. I know how to play meta champions and love trying out new unconventional supports as well. If you want a support player, it's something I'm really passionate about. I don't just play it to "fill."

**Age: ** 23 Division: Plat 4. Climbed to Plat 1 early in the season but decayed through inactivity in soloQ. Main Role: Depends. I prefer to Support so I can use the spare time to jot down mental notes on ward timers, cd timers, etc. Otherwise, I do prefer playing top lane. Availability: EST. Friday+Weekends anytime. Monday-Thursday after 8 PM EST Communication: Fluent in English and Korean. Curse Voice/Skype/RaidCall/You name it, I have it. Willing to improve: Obviously. Good sense of humor: Try me. When Availability to tryout: Within anytime mentioned above. Always positive: I'll be honest, No one can always be positive. There are times when anyone will get depressed, whether from your own play, or from frustration from a teammate's play/ decision making. However, the team as a whole should be able to get through it together instead of just pointing fingers at one person and blaming them for not being "positive" Have you been toxic: All in good fun. Best League thing about you: Been playing since season 1. On and off. However, I've played every single champion to a degree of being able to play every single one. Yes, even poppy. Something you can improve: Mechanics. I still have some trouble remembering the timers for certain spell cooldowns in matchups. Something you wish to learn: How to play better. Isn't that everyone? Things about yourself: Korean. Nuff said. Just kidding. I'm honestly just looking for a good team, that won't "FF20" every game they're behind a couple kills. Stuff I should know about definitely you: Sounds like the same question again. Can you shot call: It would depend on my role. If I play as a support, which I prefer, then I have a lot more ways to look around and pay more attention to the minimap and details. Anything Else you wish to add: Honestly, looking for a serious "Play to win" team, but not one of those teams who want to get into the challenger series and get into LCS. Let's be realistic. I want to enjoy playing ranked 5's with a designated team, which I can practice strategies and my own personal mechanics and learn from other players while just having fun. Nothing too serious please.
