Silver junlger lf duo

Hi I am a silver 2 jungler atm. I was gold one last season and looking to climb even further this year. I really hoping to get a long term duo partner that doesn't rage or is toxic. My long term goal to create a 5v5 ranked team with this duo and make a run at the lcs on day. It big dream but I hoping to take it step by step.
