IGN: MrJerkbird Rank: D5 (D3 is the highest I've been) Age: 23 Role: ADC

Top 3 Champions (for each role): ADC - Vayne, Jinx, the rest equally Top - Vladimir, Gnar, Malphite Mid - Oriana, Katarina, Leblanc Jungle - Lee Sin, Volibear, Udyr

Are you able to make practice? Yes, but I just need to let my job know that I can't stay later. I very seldom have to work until 6, so I'll ask to change that.

Any previous Team 5's experience? Yes. Season 4 I played ADC with my friends (Magical Grills). We reached our Diamond 2 promo series before we disbanded.

Additional info: I have/can get any of the main communication programs (Skype, TeamSpeak, etc) I'm available to play everyday, and will likely be playing even more than the times alotted for practice.
