hi my name is scott and I'm trying to form a competitive team for league of legends I'm only bronze but I wanna try and find opportunity for the lil guys out here I'm gonna be looking for main roles back up roles and a team coach and analyst I work second shift from 2pm-11pm eastern time zone I normally get home around 12 im always on by 1230-5am this team will have practices and serious people only the members that slack will be replaced by the back up member and a new replacement member will be scouted I prefer people that will be on at the same time as me but it is not required as long as you can get on for practice 3 days out of the week which I will keep everyone updated on I plan on making friends with other competitive teams and hosting scrimmages as well so we can see how we truly grow as a team for anyone interested in this team add me on my gamer tag Odium Tyrant also leave a message on this board on your.... role/value to this team/ willingness to be a full participating member/ your weakness and strengths/ and champions/ also I prefer skype but I have team speak and curse as well must have one of the above and depending on the team must be able to download the chat program most preferred by the team.Write Your Thoughts

Right attitude. Wrong tier. Find a duo get out of bronze. Once you are in silver find a team

Work on yourself before you start looking for a team not saying you won't be able to find one now but they will probably not stick around long. What I mean by this is your builds are strange, you take strange sums that, your mastery pages/Runes are simply terrible, and finally you don't even have T3 Rune Pages. All this shows me that you have no idea what you are doing. If you want to try and find a team I would say you should look at yourself and get better before you do because at a base level from your builds people will think you don't know what is going on, but if they dig deeper like I did then it becomes clear that you have no idea how this game works.

After you get use to that then you should just focus on yourself and try to your best to improve.

This isn't meant to bash you and if you think I am wrong then that is fine but if you want a better chance to get on a team that will keep you/stay together then you should look inward and TRY your very best to get better at this game.

If you don't read this and just think I am being a dick that is fine but I really am trying to help because I've been where you are and until someone told me I was bad I never improved.

the fact is your right I have a lot to work on and yes I'm bronze but that has nothing to do with creating a successful team everyone starts out somwhere I already have a coach who is diamond and I have a analyst the fact is I'm willing to make change to get better and I'm looking to grow as a hole I appreciate some of the advice much thanks. for the kids who jus wanted to poke there nose in and make nasty comments plz grow up a bit I'm doing my best and hopefully the team I create will grow right along side of me and become better at the game as I hope to.

my mian is fiora I'm only 13 so I have school till 3:15 I am willing to participate
