Searching For An Ad carry Teacher!

Hello everyone! I've been playing a lot of Adc games lately with Vayne but I'm not sure why I'm always losing during laning phase. Yes, I know vayne is not an early game adc, but at least I want to not be pushed out of lane and force to recall. Looking for suggestions and also anyone who wish to party up with me, look at my gameplay in game, and tell me what I'm doing wrong (only if you want to).
