Looking for a Plat+ Top Laner for a serious team!

Looking for a dedicated player to try out for our Top Lane position.

We are all Plat 1+ and looking for someone available often. We have a practice schedule, manager, TeamSpeak, and potentially a coach if we pull things together. We need someone willing to commit and comminicate with the team.

Requirements: Must have a mic. Be willing to work with the team and grow. Be positive. And must have a way to communicate outside of the game (kik, skype, etc).

Strengths - Laning phase / Rotations

Weaknesses - Not using my peripheral vision to spot enemy ganks

TImezone - Eastern

I don't play solo queue, I can't handle trolls or not being able to talk/communicate with teammates. Spend most of my games in normals against low-mid diamond players. Recently won a tournament while shotcalling. I also understand the meta switch to mainly tanks top lane, am open to swap from a carry centric role to more of a utility role.

Top 3-5 Champions - Morgana, Malphite, Maokai, Shen, Pantheon

Strengths - Large amount of game knowledge (Worked as a coach/analyst for teams including challenger teams, instructing challenger players how to improve), experience playing on a team and knowing what kind of mentality to bring to a team, very flexible champion pool, and good mechanical ability.

Weaknesses - Optimally CSing on champions (due to champion pool) and sometimes communicating too much information that is not meaningful enough to the teams current situation,
