LF Flex Teammates

So, I want my Gold in Flex, and it's proving exceptionally difficult for me, I can admit this. I have an issue with continuing to play when I shouldn't, but I digress.

What I want, is 2 or 4 people, since you can Q with 3 and 5, but not 4. So, I play all roles, Jungle being my worst, Top/ADC being my best, and I would like people to fill in the rest, if you like. Currently, I've fallen from S1 to S2 and need to climb back to the placements I fell from. I dont want like, a full blown team thing, just some players for tonight, maybe tomorrow, who are maybe in the same situation looking to hit Gold, or maybe already there and wanna help.

I don't have a headset for my PC (Cat ate the wire) but I communicate well with pings and follow up well, so mic's aren't mandatory. My ign is TommySplitzer, so feel free to add me.
