Creating a team (Gold and up)

After trying to find and join a team that would remain consistent, i finally gave up. I am trying to create my own team now. The team name is called Saiyan Squad and the team tag is xSSJx

LOOKING FOR TOP AND JG ONLY NOW

Requirements: Gold or higher Working mic (curse or discord) must be able to follow a schedule once we create it have champ pool of at least 5 for your main role level headed player, no tilting or flaming and don't rage on your teammates. If you see a problem talk to them about it Have the desire to win Never give up

Strengths: I like to play agro and like to shot call when im jungle or mid Weaknesses: Not having a good support to follow up or not having my team mates communicate with me so im confused whats happenings.

Shotcall?:Yes, but not when im adc

Top 5 Champions:ADC - Ezreal Sivir Lucian Caitlyn Tristana Mid- Ahri Orianna Irelia Viktor Zilean Strengths:Wide range of champions for both ADC and Mid.Mid range CS level's IMHO. Weaknesses: Shotcalling while mid lane, Could be overly aggro in most lanes. Shotcall?: i rate my shotcaller at a 5/10, would prefer to be a secondary shot caller.
