A "coach" said he was going to help me and then flamed me in game when I fed my lane while he was trying to boost his friends account.
Looking for help with top lane, general macro game knowledge, etc.

Look at map every few seconds to check if your jg needs help
I suggest watching ICU videos as they're extremely helpful if you intend on playing Irelia
If your have a lead such as 2-0 try walking down mid and gank their enemy mid laner
Or check for an opportunity to tp bit for a play
Irelia has somewhat weak laning phase pre 4 against some match ups
Abuse your lv 6,11 power spikes that's when your potential all ins happen
Always use q reset to gap close
