Use the chat rooms to find people quick
type in "party ip" to get in a group of up to 200 people. make a lobby, then add them to the game. (dont need to send friend requests). if a room is full, just type "1" after it, and so on. GL HF!

does it matter the elo or how good you are? lol
You can have lcs to pre 30 (happened to me once in a previous event)
also, party ip weekend is a smaller group that is doing the same (you can enter as many groups as you want)
sorry im a bit confused, where are these chat rooms?
bottom right corner if client you will see frinds/chatrooms/notifications. go to chatrooms and type in a chatroom name.
The Chatroom is full any others there?
