WHY ISN'T MY CHALLENJOUR-LIKE FRIEND IN LCS WITH TSM????

My friend 1OneShotWonder1 is carrying every game with 2/6 or 3/8 and he's not in LCS with the other pros??? Someone pls explain why this trickery is here, he's really good when he goes in for a 1 v 5 and loses. Guys please contact rito since my friend is rlly good and needs help getting noticed
