New Competitive Ranked 5's Team Looking for More! (LF Mid, ADC, Support)

Hello everyone I'm Captain and I am looking to give Ranked 5's another go I have lead multiple teams where we did our best to grow as a team and individually in our roles and I'm looking to turn this team into a team that can go up against high elo teams and win consistently to see how far we can get working as a team. I hope to find some 5v5 tourney's that we can play in to really test our skills as we grow as a team. I don't do quitters i intend to have this team be playing on a consistent basis if that doesn't appeal to you I don't know what will but if you think you've got what it takes to commit to a team that's main goal is to learn and get better and be competitive then FILL OUT the application below and in the main Champions section put Nunu as one of them to tell me that you have read through this whole forum.
