Any extra information you would like to give: - I am a very easy going and nice person but I am very blunt and some people dont like that, I need a team that can understand that and hopefully try to accept my bluntness. Also I don't criticize myself out loud very often, most of the time I am giving feedback to the rest of the team without mentioning myself so i need a team that will do the same to me so I dont sound like a dick always pointing out others mistakes. I know I make mistakes but calling myself out all the time just sounds weird to me, you can call me out all you want. If I start debating with you when you call me out, I am not disputing that you are write and I am not making excuses, I am merely trying to make my POV known so I can better understand your POV and we can see eye to eye and make sure I actually understand WHY you are criticising me, I don't always take criticism at face value, I want to ask you about what you said, why you said it so I can understand and improve, some people want to be like, you did this wrong this is better and that be all they say and me just accept their right and Im wrong, but that doesnt make sense to me.
