Looking for Gold 3v3 team to climb to plat +

I have been grinding 3v3 games all month long to learn the map and how it is played. I have experience on all types of champs and all roles. I'm looking for a gold ranked team to join and play with every day on a consistent basis in order to reach platinum and eventually diamond.
