Arizona Phoenixes Looking For Coach/Anaylst

Hello, my name is Chipy. I am the captain and jungle for Arizona Phoenixes. Our team is at the point where we really want to improve, and we know what we are doing wrong, but its hard to talk about it without fighting and having arguments. We were hoping to find someone to be the "final say" in what happens with our team during team discussions. Team Schedule: 7-9 pm PST or 8-10 pm PST (depending on homework) on weekdays Different schedule on weekends depending on tournaments and stuff

Requirements: -Speak English -Game Knowledge -Be able to get your point across -Meet our schedule -Join Skype to listen in -CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM -Watch Replays With us (I can stream them)

I live in Mesa and main support. If you should happen to need a support I'd love to try out. I'd be willing to mediate as i do have some experience in this. I was a Chaplain in the US Army for 2 years with 15 years prior to that as a medic/nurse.
