Looking for a 5 on 5 Ranked Team

Silver in last 2 season, just recently came back to the game after a long lay off. I'm pumped up to start playing again, but would like to do it with a 5 v 5 team, I'm mature and easy to coach in game name is Santanico, can you curse or teampeak or skype is needed.

Prefer to mid, however I'm willing to take any role other than Adc and master it. Thank you for your consideration.
