Diamond ADC looking for Challenger to improve ! ( Coaching )

Hi I'm Lupo. Presently diamond 4, I want to improve at league and I would hope being master at the end of the season. I feel like I need a team to play in but I dont mind playing solo Q. I want someone to help me and teach me some stuff I dont know. I main adc and I want to master this role to be able to play in challenger elo. If someone could help me with that, would be great!
