Looking for Players for Team (half a roster)

Hello i am currently the team captain of a team that is looking for members. For now we usually meet late at night around 11 central time and try to play a few games and watch a replay of the game the night before. We see the potential for having a roster that is larger than 5 members and is capable of climbing flex as a 5 man and also competing in the new 5 man ladder mode that is coming in the mid season patch. None of us are a particularly high rating, i am currently the highest sitting at 0 lp in plat 5 so we dont expect much. We would be willing to take anyone that would be willing to show up consistently and learn without struggling to take constructive criticism. At the moment we are looking for a top laner, but our jungler is still learning jungle and was learning top so we are flexible in what roles we are willing to play; Also we have a support that currently cant play until late at night because of latency issues so we are looking for someone that would be willing to play support potentially. We are currently still working on team structure and philosophy of playing the game but are making decent progress, we are just looking to solve our biggest issue which is the roster and the ability to consistently play the game as a team.
