Gold IV Main ADC (was Plat V season 5) Looking for a team to play with(or dynamic queue) EUNE

What am I searching for? Well, I want a friendly group of people who I can improve with. I do not accept flamers, trollers or ragers in any form. I can deal with them no problem, but I'd rather not. I want a relaxing and enjoying community to play with. Also, if the team's members could be at least Plat V, that would be perfect. I don't want to face MMR problems regarding playing with silver/bronze players.
