Want to start a flex Team

Hi my name is cole most just call me SadLife from me liking thresh a lot. Anyways i'm wanting to start a flex team i truly want people that has put some effort towards ranking so i will say be above S4. If your not the type to listen then this is not for you. I don't care if your master tier. DO NOT come into this team if your toxic or do not want to truly rank up within a team. I will peruse a team captain as i'm just the owner. We will have a designated shot caller and such. Rank does not matter when you come into this team. It's how well you play with others and how your willing top listen and learn when you have done wrong. Do not join if you do not have time for this. Add me and have discord which comms will be needed.
