Starting bronze team, will coach and improve players.

I am looking to start a team of players who are willing to improve and have potential Requirements: Must be in bronze. Must have a willingness to learn and put in practice. Must be available every day around 6-12pm est. Looking for 1 of each role. Must reply to this post and say why I should consider you. I will not look at invites in game.

I will be a filli n if needed every once in awhile but the main goal is to improve players and have a team that improves at the same rate so there is no apparent strong or weak link. Dedicated players only.
