s5 top main looking for a team or duo

looking for a serious team that plays weekdays between 3pm to 10pm est, i main riven atm but can play alot of tops and do very well most games. i want to improve and climb so i will love any advice but wont take any unnecessary flame add me on league and/or comment bellow
